adapting a cd changer for another stereo nac

While we're talking stereos, I was wondering if
there's a way to adapt a Sony MD changer to have
rca outputs and be controlled remotely. I have
an alpine with rca inputs and the sony minidisc
changer would be a great addition for me. It's
not one of the add on types. I didn't get Sony
because...well it's a Sony.
