freeze 12&maxi cool any good?

Scott,
I just installed Freeze 12 in my type 44 this morning. The vents got really
cool then I found the problem with my A/C system. As the high side pressure
built up my condenser sprung more leaks than a can of sealer will ever fix.
More $$$ into the 100q and no A/C for the 4th :(
