Well, it appears that Autocheck is getting some false signals.
I am getting intermittent overheat warnings from my Autocheck.
Fluid level is okay, water temp guage and oil temp guage read
fine. So I figure it's the sensor that feeds Autocheck. SO,
which sendor is used for autocheck?
1) THe sender on the head near the timing belt?
OR
2) The infamous multifunction sensor?
Also if it is the multifunction sensor, would a cleaning of
it's contacts help, or is usually toast when it does this?
TIA!
