Turn signal problem - any thoughts?

Hi,

I'm having difficulty isolating an electrical problem in my CQ.  The turn
signals and the emergency flashers run off the same circuit.  In fact, it
even uses the same relay.

While my emergency blinker lights function properly, both of my turn signals
run at a much higher speed rate, as if one of the lights was burnt.
However, the lights are fine and I cannot find any problems with ground.  I
also changed out the turn signal switch, just in case.

Does anyone out there have any thoughts as to how I can fix this very
annoying problem?
