proper a/c cold side reading

I was curious to know what some listers are
running as far as the pressure on their
5000/100/200 a/c units. I mean the reading from
the cold (low pressure) side. I've recharged
with 44 oz's of 134 and see pressures of about
25-30 psi. Wanted to get it to 40-45, which is
supposed to be the high normal. My outlet temps
do fluctuate. I go from the upper 60's in a
standstill in 95 degree, high humidity. Once
moving, I get down to 45-49, generally the
higher number. I was thinking about another 6-8
oz's should do the trick, but wanted advice,
first.
