whooshing noise under boost 90 200tqa

  Listers,

  I'm getting an over boost condition I've got an IA
stage II ecu mod I'm getting 2.0 bar
but last week while under a heavy foot the fuel pump
cut out at 2.2 bar I can all so hear a air whooshin
sound while the boost is climbing
I've just replaced the wasegate diaphragm but I can
still hear the whooshing sound
I all so ordered but am weighting for the arrival of
the Michelin man hose and the lower turbo hose that
comes off the front of the turbo it attaches to the
air boot on top of the fuel distributor via a metal
elbow any other suggestions?
