I installed Infinity Kappa 3.5" speakers in my dash by cutting out the
factory dash speaker from the molded mount, and then mounting my new
speakers to the mount for a nice, "factory" fit. Check out my website
for pictures. www.lehigh.edu/~amsk

Eek! Why would you want new stock paper wizzer cone speakers? You can
get a nice set of Infinity or Polks for under $50...

New ones are still available from Audi, the grille can be removed with a
bit
of care.

Since they are molded into the grill body, how does one go about
replaceing
them?
I have 3 right side units that look pristine but are "dead as a sack
full of
hammers" that I need to replace.
