Precisely what mchang_garbage at hotmail.com is for.
Then there's mchang_receipts AT hotmail.com for receipts for online
purchases :).

I've tried http://www.spamhole.com/ and it works pretty well. Not terribly
consistent, but still, an interesting idea. Give them your real email, and
a fake email at spamhole.com... then they forward for 'n' hours (you
specify), then they delete the account.
