Turbo Bypass valve part # 1990 200TQ 10 valve

At least in the US, the 10 valve turbos did not come with a bypass
valve, only the 20V turbos.  The Audi part number for the 20V turbo
bypass valve is 034 145 710A.  Hope this clears up your confusion...
