89 100Q Clutch master R/R

Clutch master is leaking on my footwell. Wanted to
know 2 things if possible. How viable is rebuilding
the unit ($20), vs replacement ($100). Beck Arnley has
a "minor" rebuild kit available which I assume is just
seals. $ is an issue these days so I'm trying to save
the bucks.
2. I need to know the procedure for the R/R of the
master including bleeding. Special tools etc.
