Good luck finding a 200q20v in a junkyard. As for fitment, the
200q20v intercooler won't fit without at least some trickery; it is a
single-pass unit, and intake is on the DRIVER side, not the same side
at the throttle, which means you've got to set up some plumbing. I
would fathom a guess that the michellin man hose would still fit(the
200q20v mm hose will not, on our cars, both ends are 100% round, not
like the throttle side on the 10v's.) I know the single-pass unit
has been fitted into 10vt cars, so it can be done.

In order...
-nope:the only brake upgrade possible is the V8q/200q20v rear
caliper, and I don't think it would fit, nor do you need it; it was
upgraded because the 200q20v and V8q are heavier...actually, if you
have the weenie front girlings, then you might be able to swap up to
the larger girlings, but I thought all type44 q's had the large
girling up front.
-nope(unless you find a junked car that has euros installed; you have
the same chance of bumping into a little green guy with antennas,
since any owner with half a brain would rip the euros out right after
an accident and sell them)
-and not really. The V8 is the only car you can steal a few parts
from, and its just the C pillar cover(V8 cover is smooth) and the
taillight lenses will fit on any type 44 with the trunk button in the
lightbar. Door handles won't fit, you need new door skins(and then
it gets really ugly.) Actually, you could also switch your passenger
side mirror to the objects-are-larger-than style that hit in the 89+
models. Should be very easy to find; challenge will be finding one
that isn't rusted along the sides :-( Switching would be very easy
too, just have to switch rings between your old glass+"new" glass,
since the 89+ models use clips instead of the sliding lock ring. I
can't think of anything else that one would want to swap between the
cars(that would also be possible to swap.)

The BIRA brackets are specific to certain calipers; can't just go
yanking monobloc's and hoping for the best. Also, even if the
adapter fits etc, the caliper may be the wrong size for the rotor you
need to use.
Sorry to rain on the parade so much :-|
