Looks like type 89 items. For which wheels were they used?

AFAIK they don't. You could always stick those self-adhesive wheel centres
over them. Dealerships here install non-OE wheels and fit the centres with
four rings-branded centres, every dealership has some in stock. All you
need to know is the diameter.
