Hey dude. I've always got my parts from Riverbend wreckers in K/W.
They try to keep models in stock. They had parts for my 16V Jetta, and
parts for my 4k Q. Even some for my 72 Triumph. It's tucked neatly away,
almost hidden off the highway.

Also try Audi Used parts... 416-252-5240
    or Audi only... 905-880-3123
    or ND Auto parts... 905-625-9393

The usual disclaimers apply. I have no specific connection to any of
those mentioned above, but use Riverbend because of their proximity to
myself, their price, and their selection.
Sorry to hear about your rally progress, or lack thereof. Good luck in
finding your parts. I hope to someday require regular use of their services
in my racing efforts. But first I need to have racing efforts.

What a fun weekend!

Two rallies...friday night started at 10:38...ended sometime around 7am on
Saturday morning. Ended up 16th in class, which was great, as our goal was
to
break into the top twenty.

Saturday night started off even better...by the end end of the second leg we
were 12th overall (experts and novice) though, I'm not sure where that
placed
us in class (novice). Average speeds were set high, especially considering
the
rain and freezing (read, occasionally icy) conditions. It all turned ugly
when
Mike and I came over a crest doing 65km/h...the road was solid ice from
snow-
bank to snowbank, downhill with a turn at the bottom. An inch of water on
top
make things so slick I couldn't even get the car sideways to pitch the whole
passanger side (of course!) against the snowbank at the bottom. The car
came
to rest on three stumps, up against a cedar tree.

The short list is this: front end - bumper, lights, grill, hood.
Suspension, 8
subframe bolts, rear subframe, RR control arm.

One of my dad's customers has a rear subframe and control arm for me. But
the
body pieces are a little bit of a problem. The hood I can live with for
now...but I need a bumper re-bar and bumper cover. I'm in the process of
deciding on a custom grill/headlight setup...or going to stock.

Does anyone know any Southern Ontario wreckers/parts suppliers that I can
call
for a bumper re-bar and cover?

What are my other options? I'd go aftermarket with something else if I
could
get it cheap enough...and then, there is the B4 hood option...but I think
that
will be too much $$.
