4KQ rear control arm bushing HELP!!!!

I've had good luck removing some suspension bushings with an electric
drill.  I use about a 5/16" drill  and drill into the outside edge of
the rubber.  The drill grabs the rubber and chews it up a bit while
grabbing and rotating around the outside of the bushing.  A couple
seconds of this and the bushing just pops right out.  It's only a
little scary.
