ISV part #'s

I have an idle stabalizer valve that is suposedly for my 86 4000 quattro. The inlet and outlet of it are too big. I was wondering if anyone could look up the part number and tell me what car it came on?? the number is 0 280 140 509. The ISV that is on my car now has the same part number but there is a 5 at the end instead of the 9. If anyone has access to the #'s that would be great. thanks
