100/200/5k heater motor help.

   I looked under the hood of my 89 100q cause the heater motor doesn't work
all the time, I am going to replace it, but does anyone know if I have to
remove the whole black heater box, or is there a trick out there to do if
fast and easy?

And does anyone have a used motor that's for sale....cheep?
