4000 rear calipers on an UrQ?

Does anybody have any suggestions on doing a 4k rear
caliper conversion on an 83 UrQ?  My original calipers
are sticking and I have some 4k units I want to put on
instead.  They will need some new guide pin boots but
that should be all.  How should I lube the pins?  It
also appears that they mount upside -down from their
4k installation. I know I will need the newer style
hand-brake cables.  Can I use my original rear rotors?
