4KQ rear control arm bushing HELP!!!!

[Per Lindgren]

The bushings I removed from her car, which must have been the factory
installed bushings, were of the rubber type. Her car had only covered
160k kms at the time so I do not think they had been replaced at an
earlier time. This car did not have powersteering.
