WOT boost

You have eliminated most of the obvious problems with the new ignition
stuff, and having checked the control pressure. Figuring out how to monitor
the O2 sensor would be a good next step. If the O2 sensor oscillates around
0.5V in normal driving and at idle, then it is likely working correctly. At
WOT, if it shows rich, then the problem is likely ignition. If it shows
lean, then fueling is likely the problem.
An analog volt meter with a 2V scale should do it, as long as the road is
smooth and you have a buddy doing the reading.
Some of the old Idle/WOT switches are supposedly flaky, even if they test
correct on-the-bench. You may want to wire up a switch that lets you set
WOT from the passenger compartment, and see what happens if you have a good
WOT signal.
