Freelander & Ford/Mazda Tribute twins share nothing but the parent company.
The F'lander was/is available in Europe for several years, long before the
Ford buy-out.

In fact, the new Range Rover is unchanged from the brief BMW days--too
"complete" so why change it. (Prolly a good thing.)
