Absolutely not- the Freelander, although being a unibody, is a real
offroader, unlike the Escape, RAV4 or CR-V. It's also not a super
heavy pig like the Jeep Liberty, so kudos to Land Rover for making
a small SUV that's still offroad capable to a decent degree and not
grossly overweight.

That said, it's rather cheap-looking. The Mk.3 Range Rover is a beauty,
though- looks like a Range Rover heavily redone by BMW, which is
exactly what it is. Too bad we won't see a 3.5L TDI V-8 version, which
would be a gem.
