rack rebuild

Two problems for home rebuilder. Surgical cleanliness
and having the special tool to get the new "wiper
seal" over the sharp edged machined lip. If you just
press it over this lip, NO MATTER how you do it, it
will leak internally. Absolutely. I didn't mention
the problem of the alloy housings becoming grooved
because of dirt inside the assembly or use with
no/improper lube. This is why rebuilders sleeve their
housings.
