Adjustable Wastegate "how to"

Hello,

I remember surfing around and finding a detailed description of converting a
non-adjustable wastegate to adjustable using standard hardware.  Of course,
I can't remember who's site it was now that I want to do it.  It had pics
and a partlist.  I know it amounted to a long bolt and some other stuff I
could probably figure out.  However, it would be nice to go to hardware
store with a list instead of the top of my wastegate.

If anybody could jog my memory, I would appreciate it.  Also, a belated
thank you to the folks who helped me source a wastegate diaphragm a couple
weeks back.
