Yeah. You'll find a load of ads listing something like that in any of the
tuning/styling magazines in WH Smith. Supposed to stop brake dust getting
onto the rims. There were a couple of cases a few years ago where wheels on
Manta's cracked - the finger of blame was pointed at the 'dust disks'
stopping the brakes from cooling.
