LAC: CT listers please read

Sorry for the LAC post but there seems to a few listers in the CT area...

I need to find a place to live for at least a year within 45 minutes MAX
drive from Hartford.  I need to move in soon after my last semester at UNH
which will be in May.

MAC:  The place I'm looking for must have an enclosed garage so I can work on
my Audi(s)!  Apartments seem not to exist with this feature.  I guess I'm
mainly looking for a house for rent or a VERY fancy garage that I could get
away with living in/above ;-)
