survey: IA 20vt chip generating code 1111

I get the 1111 code about every 15 - 20 starts.  I have a momentary switch
under the dash so I can run the codes anytime I want (i.e., sitting at a
stoplight).  I also have a toggle switch connected inline with the fuse so I
can clear the codes whenever I shut the car off (if I need or want to).  I
also have an old E Mail response from Ned explaining why he thought the 1111
fault was occurring but it might take me a while to find it.  I have Ned's
3.2 chip in my 91 200 20v.
