Good point.  If I had to rent a house a lot of the rooms would be left empty.
 I really don't have that much "stuff" to justify a house.

yeah, some condos are like that.  I don't mind putting away my tools at
midnight but I should be able to work in the garage during the day.  Seems
like simple requirements but it has been a pretty hard search.
