Uh, I just put the CD in the drive and did a hard drive based install.
Really, no extra effort or tweaking seemed to be required.
I guess that is sorta useless for someone having trouble. I'm pretty
sure I'm running W2k... what are the odds I went back to '98 out of
boredom or frustration? Well, I apologise... I just checked and I guess
I am running Win ME. But whatever version I've had on here, FP has
always worked the same way (except that OUaT I used to be able to get
prices, albeit in pounds of flesh not dollars, and I have never made
that work again).

I have never seen that. Are you using the "built in" print function or
trying to do it with other controls on your computer?

Couldn't hurt, much.
