Aluminum wheels - slow air leaks

I've used some of those "rust fix" paints - the rust always came back. POR
sticks to pretty much anything (but not cured POR, go fig!) - Used it on all
of my cars, the wife's rust-prone Pont-yak, and various garden tractor/roto
tiller/etc around the house - excellent stuff, but if you get some on your
finger, if you don't get it off before it cures, you'll have to grow it off.
The web site has a lot of claims that smack of "snake oil" to the wary but
up here in the rust belt a lot of classic car restorers use it - me
included.
Cheers!
Steve Sears - no financial interest in POR, except:
1987 5kTQ - POR used behind front mudflaps
1980 5k - POR used on wheel well flares
1962 and '64 Auto Union DKW Junior deLuxes - the '62's floor is done in POR
silver and the gas tank has been lined with POR's tank sealer.
