Stupid transmission

All right guys, here's the deal.  Somehow, the clutch slave won't come out of it's hole.(Yes, we removed the roll pin first.)  So, instead of paying someone 4 hours to try to remove it, I'm going ahead and redoing the transmission.  My '86 5kcstq has 180k on it, so it'd be nice to have the tranny ready to go for another 100k and more.  I need to know where to find the best deals on the parts that I need for this project, i.e., pressure plate, throw-out bearing, pilot bearing, clutch.  I'm hoping to have the work done next week, so I'd need some speedy delivery, too.
