I get ripped off, too

Late last year I was in Germany on an extended business trip and noticed the rear differential
oil seal leaking - the big one on the left of the car.  I had no way of lifting the car, so I
delivered it to a German garage with all the parts, driveshaft tools, etc.

Got charged two hours' labour, which I thought not too bad.

The bastard never touched it.  He stole the parts, gave me my tools back and charged me for
the privilege.  That 'must remove' protective plate under the tank has not been off since the
car left Ingolstadt twelve years ago.

When I find the receipt I'll post a .JPG on my web site and write a page in German to warn
others.
