Uh, this "statistical evidence" included the decades of industrial pollution
from the former Warsaw-Pact countries and the home usage of soft coal and
heating oil in Western Europe?
Does Essen Germany still have the distinction of "Dirtest City in the
World"?

BTW Phil, there is a BIG difference in emissions between old Diesel
pre-chamber design and TDI/CDI Turbo-Diesel technology!
