Subject: 88 5kq - slow leak in A/C, need gasket/O-ring sources

Anyone have a source and pricing for an O ring/gasket set for
this car?

Any BTDT regarding the replacing procedure?

1. I bought all the "O" rings for my '88 5KSQ at carparts.com.  I got the 
green ones for r-134a because I was converting.  I didn't know which ones 
fit, so I bought them all.  They were cheap.

2. No procedure.  Everyplace you can get to that has a fitting, take it 
apart and replace the "O" ring.

Where's the oil staining?  That's where you need an "O" ring.  Usual place 
is the manifold on the compressor.  There's a bunch of "O" rings in there, 
and a special gasket.  I was able to stop the leaks there even though I 
reused the old flattened special gasket.  I replaced the "O" rings, and used 
gasket sealer on the flat mating surfaces.
