Though the last suggestion will be a pretty expensive answer IMHO :-) The 
guy that runs this "business" (a.k.a. Robert Hack) just keeps on ripping 
people off and does his eBay ratings himself (with other eBay usernames 
such as Holbert959 and others that I forgot about)...tu put it short, he's 
a b*tch!
