difference between 10v & 20v 90q pressure plate ?

Since I received no replies, let me ask a different question for the answer
I seek.
Is there a difference between the 20v flywheel bolt pattern than the 10v.
I just noticed the different part number and would like to know if it
would work in my application - using lightened 90q flywheel between an NG
motor and 4000Q transmission.
Just trying to see if I can use an available 20v (90Qcoupe) pressure plate
rather than buying a new 90Q 10v pressure plate. This would bolt to a 10v
90Q flywheel and be mated to transmission using a 200Q clutch disk.
I know, convoluted. Perhaps someone out there has a relatively new/low use
90Q 10V flywheel.
TIA for replies.
Ben
