I don't know what your budget is, but I would not recommend using used clutch
parts, IME you will end up pulling things apart and having to redo it.
Though a PP may look ok, you don't know how old it is or what its been
through. A new PP for an NG shouldn't run too much over $100 if that, and
well worth not having to redo the whole job again any time soon.

<< Javad,

It is not necessarily for the clamping force or beefiness I am looking for,
although that wouldn't be a bad thing. It is about lowering flywheel
 mass.

I have a 90Q flywheel that weighs about half of a stock flywheel - I plan
to provide more details on this later.

What I need is a pressure plate that will work with it, and a disk that
will fit between with the correct splined hole to fit the 4000
 transmission.

I have deduced that a 90Q pressure plate will work - duh. Either a 200Q or
5000 disk should work with this combination.

Now, my problem is that I pay more to mix and match disk and pressure plate
rather than buying a kit. I have seen many used pressure plates that are
in good shape, so if I can find a used one, then all I need to buy new is
 the correct clutch disk.

I located a relatively new 90q pressure plate, but it is sold, but he has a
20 Valve turbo flywheel, so if I can use that, the price is right. I think
it isn't correct though, and is probably more like the 200 flywheel.
