MAC14 ECU Upgrades

I have been doing abit or research on ECU upgrades for the MAC14.  I just 
bought a very clean '89 200tq and want to bring the performance up to the 
level of my '87 5Ktq with a IA stage II box in it.  Just wondering what you 
guys have found to be the best combination between cost and a quality 
product.  I love the IA box in my '87 but they are expensive.  Just want to 
hear your thoughts.
