mov'it's little handbrake calipers?

Hi!

I was looking over the mov'it website at the brakes they do. Anyone seen
the Bentley with 2 Big Reds per front wheel?!?! I guess it takes that
kind of stopping power to stop a train. :P

Anyway, I also spotted some strange mechanical calipers that they use as
handbrakes for cars they have rear brake kits for. Look at these pics:

Anyone know anything about these items? Does mov'it actually have them
made up or are these mechanical calipers available from somewhere?
