UPDATE, Fwd: CARB's smoggy skies

Thanks to many tips like this one, combined w/the data from the smog test, 
tells me that it's likely a mixture and/or bad o2 sensor. AND according to 
SJM's site, a likely cause of my cold start idle fluctuation. GOD, I LOVE 
THIS LIST! (could be 82 other things, but I'm going with this...)

I still MIGHT pass w/o the above tweaks...but the work will still have to be 
done. Smog re-test update to follow. As are my late reg fees. (see what 
happens when you procrastinate)
