Yes, Paul forgot about that - it also signals the seat belt warning light
just like yours.   Although most of you will cringe - I can get the gauges
to work back on by applying a little whap to the area on top of the dash -
sometimes it works other times not.

But this voltage resistor according to my mecahnic provides a voltage drop -
I'm sure Huw, Bruce could enlighten us on the specifics.
