Yep, it's official.  Someone has signed+paid for the Calloway 944 
that's been sitting in half the garage(and the workshop, and the 
workshop table, and the closet, and...) for 8 years.

Yesterday someone agreed to buy it on the spot, and started putting 
the original suspension back in enough to roll the car; took about 3 
hours all told to get that in, put the wheels on, and lower the car 
off the 4 jack stands.  It was astoundingly easy to push around, and 
only needed very light winching to get up onto the trailer.  This 
afternoon he came back, loaded all the parts into the truck+civic, 
and the car left about 20 minutes ago.

New owner's plans are to fix it up and use it as a daily driver.  One 
hell of a daily driver; -well- under 3000lb, and upwards of 300hp.  I 
think his 911 is in serious danger of getting sold.
