There's no easy way...

You either undo the clips and free the injector lines from their minder,
twist the fuel dist way up until you can get the filter out/in, or
perhaps if you feel like it, remove the headlight and stuff to see if
that looks easier.

On my 90Q I did the bend and twist and shout thing, it's not really a
tough job, just awkward making enough space to cram the new one in
properly.  A third hand might make it easier.
