Tie-rod nut size...

I need to take at least SOME of the 15 degrees of toe in I have in the 
back, otherwise I won't have any tire LEFT by the time I get to the 
alignment tech!!!

Uh, forgive my stupidity...but WHERE is the second nut on the rear tie 
rod?  The 22mm I can see plain as day. But I cannot find the 19mm you speak 
of.  Am I blind?
