For some silly reason, Cuzzin' James R. Dornenburg, (Uh, is that yew Jimmie
Bob?) when I tried to send this private little note to your illustrious ISP
I was informed: "Failed to deliver to 'monjack1 at bellsouth.net'
SMTP module(domain bellsouth.net) reports:
host mx02.mail.bellsouth.net says:
550 .net 003: you are not allowed to send e-mail to <monjack1 at bellsouth.net>"

OK, so here it goes to the whole 2,000 or so members of the quattro list
who actually do follow instructions.

joined the quattro list you would already know this but, obviously, you did
neither of those so read more below and find the unsubscribing instructions
present in the header of each and every quattro mail you receive.
