Aaron,

I have no experience with this place, but I keep them in mind for when I need a cat.  They are supposed to
be high-flow, and they certainly are cheap at $50.

It didn't work for me without the "%20".

Btw, I think it's not so much the diameter of the in/out pipes, but rather the design or total area of the
ceramic element (honeycomb) inside.  I think many of the different sized cats actually have the same
inside piece, just with different pipe sizes at the ends of the housing.  I don't know this for sure tho'.
