some email clients will filter out all but the bare minimum and you never
get a chance to see them.
we shouldn't berate, abuse or punish those who are so afflicted...

and i'm sure there are a couple of people who can't wait for 3000 messages
to go by before they get their monthly reminder about how to unsubscribe.
