My 93 Quattro 90 CS is burning about 12 ounces of coolant in between oil
changes. I know that normally a car burning coolant needs a head gasget job.
Is this a normal thing on a car with 96,000 plus miles or should I start
looking for a good head gasget guy? I already had to replace the entire
exhaust system last summer due to bad Catalytic converters and I don't want to
have to do it again.
Any thoughts from other Drivers or 90 Owners?
How hard would this job be for a novice mechanic?
Also I am getting some rotating rattling noise from my front left wheel when I
am turning right during driving. What could this be? I have checked all
linkage and connections and can't find anything loose.
