Cold start/No idle 90 2CTQ

Hi everyone, I think I have solved the stalling problem from last
month , vacuam leaks as suggested by many. My 1990 200 Quattro will
not idle when I first start it cold, if I hold the revs to 2-3,000
rpm for a minute or two then it will idle ok; but it just wants to
stall upon initial cold start. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
