Thanks to everyone who helped me with good advice along the way. I finally (well, almost)finished up the clutch today. I used two floor jacks to raise the transmission, jacking it front to rear alternately, slid it into position and began Installation in reverse order of removal. The hardest part by far was the downpipe. Only by the grace of God did I get it down without dislocating any joints, very hard to get at. And as for keeping the engine level once the trans was out...all I needed was a piece of wood wedged in front of the intake manifold. The dealer ordered the wrong part, so I need to take another day to bleed the clutch and replace the hard line I snapped at the slave flex hose. Just wanted to let anybody contemplating this job know that it is very doable. Just plan ahead and take your time.
Thanks again to all.

Marques
