Can it be done? 20V head on a 2.3 NG?

Ok, I've got an idea. I know where there is a 90Q with only 81,000 miles. The owner was driving along and hit something and blew a hole in the oil pan, didn't realize there was any damage and continued to drive with no oil. Locked the engine up. I can get the 20V head REAL cheap. The question is whether it can be installed on my 2.3 NG (10v, 130HP). Anybody know? A real PITA to do right? Impossible? What would the results be?
